High-Performance Wood Pellet Machine

Our wood pellet machine is designed to process a wide variety of raw materials, including eucalyptus, pine, birch, poplar, fruit, crop straw, bamboo chips, rice husk, and waste wood plates.

Featuring a unique structure that allows for vertical feeding into the pelletizing chamber, this machine ensures optimal placement of materials and enhanced heat dissipation.  There is no need for additional auxiliary power devices, simplifying the operation.

The machine is equipped with a double-layer die, consisting of upper and lower parts, enabling customers to select from two different aperture sizes to produce pellets of varying specifications.  For materials with strong bonding properties, the rollers can be heightened to utilize the two-layer dies, achieving up to four times the capacity.  Crafted from wear-resistant stainless steel and heat-treated in a vacuum, the die maintains uniform hardness and exceptional durability.  The mold holes are drilled using high-speed technology, ensuring an even arrangement and smooth interior for optimal pelletization.

The gearbox shell is made from high-quality cast materials, offering excellent rigidity, heat dissipation, and resistance to thermal deformation and instability.

Our machine features a three-stage gear reduction system that provides a load-bearing capacity five times greater than older models, ensuring longevity and reliability in performance.

All bearings in the gearbox are designed with adjustable features.  When bearings experience wear over time, they can be easily adjusted without disassembling the entire machine, significantly reducing maintenance time for users.

The gearbox is equipped with its own lubrication and cooling system, allowing for effective cooling of lubricating oil without the need to stop the machine, thus ensuring continuous operation.  Additionally, we use reputable brands for the motor and electric control cabinet to guarantee stable performance and robust power output for efficient production.
